Lidl have re-submitted an application for planning permission to locate a shopping unit near the Pinnock Hill Roundabout on Dublin Road.
Some residents from Carlton Court have expressed their concerns regards the potential increase in traffic and the potential increased parking envisaged in their estate regards employees using the estate to park their cars, some employees from the Pavillion Shopping Centre and others already park their cars in the estate.
These residents say their quality of life is being impacted negatively and are calling on the planning department to take a pro-active interest in this development.
