Question: Councillor J. Newman: Litter Issue. “To ask the Chief Executive to arrange for an inspection and monitoring of the dumping of litter along the road at The Estuary, Swords past Fingallians near the bridge over the estuary and to issue the offenders with warning letters and fines as appropriate. (a local resident has complained that a business in the area is responsible for some of the litter)?”
Reply: The Litter Warden will inspect the area along the road at The Estuary, Swords past Fingallians near the bridge over the estuary and where suitable evidence is found issue fines under the Litter Pollution Acts.
