Members of the Council, having considered the Draft County Development Plan and the Chief Executive’s Report theron in accordance with Section 12 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 as amended, have recommended that the Draft Plan be amended.
Members of the public and other interested parties are invited to make observations or submissions regarding the Proposed Amendments between Friday, 4th November 2016 to Friday, 2nd December 2016 inclusive. Submissions or observations received during the above time period will be taken into consideration before the making of the Fingal Development Plan 2017 – 2023.
Following this, the councillors can by resolution, make the Development Plan, with or without the proposed amendments.
