I recently put a question at the Swords Balbriggan local area committee regards the growing practice of leaving bins out day and night along Main Street see below.

Waste Removal Companies. “To ask the Chief Executive if he would arrange a meeting with the Environment Department, local businesses and the waste removal companies that operate on Main Street Swords, to explore what action can be undertaken to keep Main Street visually appealing to residents and to help encourage tourism and to grow and improve trade for local businesses?”
